Shipping & Returns

Shipping Regions, Discreet Shipping and Order Times

Where We Ship From

Most of our shipments are in the United States. However, our non-diaper items are generally available worldwide. Items which cannot be shipped to certain regions are noted on that product's specific page.

Items also shipped from the location closest to you that we are able to support. (Yay! Less VAT and duties!)

Shipping Regions

For diapers:

Our diapers are only able to be shipped within the United States. For a current list of partners in other regions see this page.

Non-Diaper Products are able to be shipped outside of the US. Be sure to check your country’s VAT/Customs/Duty information for costs.

We want to ship to more places around the world! If you’d like to see PretendAgain in your town we encourage you to reach out to your local ABDL diaper supplier! Tell them you want to see PretendAgain in their stores. Then tell them again, and again. The more comments they get, the more likely they are to reach out to us! 

Diaper Shipping to Canada

We miss Canada! While we don't have a timeline on our return, we are still exploring options for you! Once we have more details, we will share them!

Summer 2026 Update: We haven't forgotten Canada! While some issues related to shipping have been resolved, additional local provincial taxes and shipping carrier processing fees are still prohibitively expensive.

Shipping Times

In-stock diapers will ship within 3 business days of ordering.

We make our non-diaper items to order, so plan on an average of 2-3 weeks for North America for production of your order plus shipping time. On average, it takes around a week to addresses in the western United States and about a week and a half for the midwest and the eastern US. For the most accurate times, check the item description before you buy it.

Discreet Shipping

For diapers:

  • Orders of less than 3 bags will ship in a discreet, plain box.
  • Cases will ship in a plain box with 3 purple stars and a barcode on it, but nothing else. The stars will appear as mostly decorative and do not contain any information or indication as to diapers being inside the box. We cannot accommodate requests for different boxes for cases, sorry.

For items other than diapers: Yes! Your order will arrive in plain packaging or a padded envelope with some lettering and a barcode on the sides. There is nothing outwardly displaying your awesome purchase choices inside.

For all items: There is also nothing inside the package except your ordered product(s) & packing slip.

Shipping to PO Boxes

For diapers: No, except for APO/FPO boxes. We cannot ship diapers to standard PO Boxes.

For non-diaper items: Yes! To be sure your item ships correctly be sure you put "PO Box" or "Box" in Shipping Address Line 1 to ensure we mail things to you using the correct courier services.

Changing Shipping Address

To change your address log in to your account, locate the order, and click "Order Details". A button to change your address is available on this screen. If your order has shipped you cannot change the address.

Please note, due to sales tax impacts, you cannot change the state or country you are shipping to. You will need to cancel the order and place it again with the correct address.

Payment Information, Discounts, Refuns and VAT Policies

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept G Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash, checks, Discover card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other payment methods. We do not accept HSA/FSA cards at this time, but you can get receipts on your account to submit for reimbursement!

We also do not accept plastic coins from your Fishing Bryce cash register, sorry. Real grown-up money, only!

Service Member Discounts

We aren't able to offer discounts at this time for these awesome groups of people. We see you and hope to change this in the future!

HSA/FSA Eligibility

You can download your receipt in your customer portal by logging in, locating the order, and clicking "Download invoice". If you can't save the file, try to Print to PDF and save the file it generates.

Acceptance of HSA and FSA claims is ultimately up to your HSA/FSA administrator.

Refunds and Cancellations

We make most items to order, and as such we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Clothing items cannot be canceled.

If you have ordered diapers and it has not yet been processed, you can cancel the order from your customer account page.

In the "Account Home" or "Orders" area, find your order. If it is eligible for cancelation, you can click the button to cancel your order.

Exchange Policy

Non-diaper items: Yes, we can exchange your order items for the same order items if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or in poor condition. We cannot offer exchanges due to incorrect sizing, selected options being incorrect, address/delivery problems, or other human errors - this is because each item is made to order.

For diapers: No. Once an item has been delivered, we cannot exchange or return it for health and safety reasons. (No one wants to buy exchanged diapers!) If your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team for options.

VAT, Customs and Duty Taxes

VAT: For items shipping to the EU and other regions with VAT, we will make our best effort to collect VAT on your behalf up front. (This doesn't include any import taxes and duties, which you must pay directly.) If you find that you have paid VAT twice, please reach out to our customer service team and provide your order number and a receipt showing the VAT you paid. We will work with you to make sure you're only out one VAT payment.

Customs/Duty: No. Due to the wide configuration of VAT/Customs/Duty taxes we are unable to offer this option, however if a fulfillment center of ours can ship to you within your country, we aim to do so. (Not to mention, this is better for the environment.)

Customer Service

Customer Service is open from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time on Weekdays. We aim to reply to most messages within 24 hours/1 business day, though more complex requests can take up to 48 hours for an initial reply.

Social Media and Phone Support

Phone support is not available at this time. As of February 2024, we’ve discontinued support on social media to help us make sure we don’t miss any messages or support requests.

But! We’re always checking our emails and will get back to you as soon we can.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order has arrived damaged or you received an incorrect order, email us!

However, do note that incorrect sizing is not something we can correct after you receive your order. To be safe, please double check your order before checking out!

Receiving An Order You Didn’t Place

Lucky you! Someone must really wanted to be surprise you with something nice!

To uphold customer confidentiality, we won’t be able to provide or discuss any order details with anyone other than the purchaser. Please note that this also includes being unable to confirm any details to partners, family members, spouses, friend, etc.

Babysitting Services

Sorry, we do not offer babysitting services.

Product Care

Taking Care of your PretendAgain Prints and Clothes

Briefs / Trunks / Underwear

Wash in cold water, with the gentle setting on your washing machine. Do not tumble dry and hang dry instead. Do not bleach.

To preserve the print and the colors, it is recommended to turn it inside-out for the entire cycle. When needed, this product can be treated for stains.

Tumble drying will cause the waistband to "bacon" and not lie flat, as well as possibly damage the print.

Blankets

Machine wash separately in cold water, Gentle cycle, Do not bleach or wring, Tumble dry on low, Do not iron.

Can-Shaped Glassware

Hand wash only. Item is not dishasher safe.

If you purchased a straw, the straw may be run through the dishwasher, however do not run any other part of this through the dishwasher.

If you purchased a lid, hand wash the lid only and be sure to clean the sealing gasket. Do not let lid or gasket soak in water as this will cause lid failure.

Comforters

Wash in cold water, with the gentle setting on your washing machine. Dry, with the low heat setting on your dryer. You CAN use non-chlorine bleach, as needed.

Diapers

We recommend careful use of creams and lotions on the skin near the diaper area as this can lead to interactions or ink transfer to the skin. Please consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns.

Do not "fluff" the diaper using machinery such as a dryer or tumbling device. In general, fluffing is discouraged as this breaks the wicking channels built into the absorbency layer of a diaper.

Do not wash and re-use diapers. Do not microwave diapers. Just don't. Do not sous-vied diapers. Do not eat diaper SAP. If inhaled or consumed contact emergency services or poison control.

Bag diapers before disposing of them safely. Do not flush.

Desk Mats

Product may arrive with a factory odor. This is normal. Once the product is removed from its protective plastic, the odor ought to go away on its own within 24-72 hours. Spot clean.

Hoodies

Wash in cold water, with the gentle setting on your washing machine. Do not tumble dry.  (Hang dry instead.) Do not bleach.

Mugs

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

If you get coffee or tea stains inside your mugs, fill them up with white vinegar. Let them sit overnight. Scrub them well with soap and water in the morning.

Pajama Pants

For both Relaxed and Regular Pajama Pants.

Wash in cold water, with the gentle setting on your washing machine. Do not tumble dry.  (Hang dry instead.) Do not bleach.

To preserve the print and the colors, it is recommended to turn it inside-out for the entire cycle. When needed, this product can be treated for stains.

This product will have a softer feel after the first wash.

Pillow Case

Wash in cold water separately, with the delicate setting on your washing machine. Dry, with the low heat setting on your dryer. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

T-Shirts

Wash in cold water, with the gentle setting on your washing machine. Avoid tumble drying and hang dry instead. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

If you cannot hang dry your shirts, you should tumble dry without heat. Tumble drying can cause the ink on your shirt to crack/peel or the fabric to pill, so we strongly recommend hang drying.
