Shipping policy

If any shipment from PretendAgain cannot be delivered, it can be re-shipped within 3 business days for an additional cost.

Items (except diapers) are made to order and shipping times do not include production time. Please check the item before ordering to ensure you have an accurate understanding of when to expect delivery.

Items that are returned for being undeliverable must be claimed within 72 hours of arrival at our fulfillment center to guarantee we can ship them back to you.

Items shipping to the EU may be subject to VAT upon delivery.
